Attention All Runners!
I have blisters so bad on my feet that I had to take a couple days off. During this time I realized that I some help:
1.) Need some new music. Counting Crows is getting old (I haven’t updated my iPod since sophomore year of college)
2.) Does anyone use the nike/iPod running thing. I got one for Christmas and need to put it on a non-Nike shoe. Does it still help? Is it worthwhile?
