Hruska Family Oddities
One of the several things Smac learned this Easter at the farm: My grandfather (a devout Catholic man and father to 13 children) has an incredible fondness for Manischewitz wine. The giant wine jugs (bizarrely) line our family dining tables at every holiday. Who knew that all of these years my grandfather was so kosher!

I just finished this book a month ago. So beautiful. Great Gatsby the movie is in production soon (Leo DiCaprio, Kate Mulligan), but I would love to see this other Fitzgerald work get the Hollywood treatment.
